01 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" or "yt777" refers to the website accessible at yt777.org, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any associated services operated thereunder.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access yt777 services.
• "Player" or "User" means any natural person who has registered an Account on yt777 or who accesses yt777 services in any capacity.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of funds held in a Player's Account at any point in time, expressed in Pakistani Rup ees (PKR) or USDT equivalent.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where access to online gambling services is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use yt777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a legal entity for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• You are not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are registering and playing for your own personal recreational use only, and not in a professional or commercial capacity on behalf of another person.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on yt777 or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by yt777 for breach of these Terms.

yt777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by yt777 support will result in Account suspension pending verification.

03 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the yt777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update your account information should any details change. yt777 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

• All registration details must be truthful and verifiable. False registration information will result in immediate Account termination.
• One Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device is the permitted limit.
• yt777 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• Account registration is free of charge. yt777 will never request payment to create or maintain an Account in good standing.

04 Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. yt777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to protect against unauthorised access.

You agree to notify yt777 support immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. yt777 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where such access was facilitated by the Player's failure to safeguard their credentials.

• All transactions conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use are your sole responsibility, whether authorised by you or not.
• yt777 reserves the right to freeze an Account and require re-verification if suspicious login activity is detected.
• Sharing Account access with another person for any purpose — including allowing a third party to place bets on your behalf — is a breach of these Terms.

05 Deposits & Payment Methods

yt777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as published on the Platform's cashier page, which may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. yt777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Where a deposit is received from a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder, yt777 reserves the right to return the funds and suspend the Account pending KYC review.

• Minimum deposit via JazzCash or EasyPaisa: Rs 500.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment processor.
• yt777 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply transaction charges for which yt777 bears no responsibility.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited at the prevailing USDT/PKR exchange rate at time of confirmation. Exchange rates are indicative and may vary.
• yt777 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership prior to processing any deposit above a designated threshold.

06 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) the Account has completed KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the available real-money Balance; (c) there are no pending bonus wagering requirements attached to the Balance; and (d) the withdrawal method matches a payment method previously used to deposit on the same Account.

yt777 endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified on the cashier page. Standard processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 30–60 minutes; bank transfers within 1–3 business hours during standard banking hours; USDT TRC20 within 15–30 minutes of approval. These timeframes are targets and not contractual guarantees.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods verified as belonging to the Account holder.
• yt777 may require additional KYC documentation before processing large withdrawals. Players will be notified via email or live chat.
• yt777 reserves the right to conduct fraud and money laundering checks prior to processing any withdrawal request, and may delay processing during such reviews.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as published on the cashier page. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• yt777 will not be held liable for delays caused by the Player's payment provider, including bank processing delays or mobile wallet service outages.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

yt777 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• yt777 reserves the right to withhold, modify, or cancel any bonus where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Players who create multiple accounts to claim the same promotion will have all associated bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
• Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Refer to individual promotion pages for specifics.

08 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on yt777 — including slot machines, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant win titles — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer infrastructure provided by licensed third-party game studios. The outcome of all games is determined independently of yt777 and cannot be influenced by the Platform or any Player.

By participating in any game on yt777, you acknowledge that: (a) the outcome of each game round is entirely random and determined by certified RNG systems; (b) past game outcomes have no influence on future results; (c) there is no strategy, system, or method that can guarantee a winning outcome; and (d) all games carry a house edge which ensures the Platform maintains a mathematical advantage over time.

• Game malfunctions void all related pays and plays. In the event of a technical error during a game round, the round outcome is null and void, and the wagered amount will be returned to the Player's Balance.
• yt777 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that a software error, data feed error, or pricing error has occurred.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripting tools, or any form of artificial play assistance is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension.

09 Sports Betting Rules

yt777 offers sports betting markets including but not limited to cricket (PSL, T20 Internationals, ODIs, Test matches), football, tennis, and UFC. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published on the yt777 sportsbook. Players are responsible for understanding the applicable rules before placing any bet.

• Bets once confirmed and accepted by the Platform are binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to a brief delay. yt777 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant result is determined, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to that sport and market type.
• yt777 reserves the right to limit stake sizes on any market or for any Player at its sole discretion, including for high-volume players or following suspicious betting patterns.
• PSL match betting markets follow official PCB and governing body rulings on match results, including the treatment of DLS method results and super-overs.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yt777 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any illegal source.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in published odds, or promotional loopholes to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus results.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward yt777 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the yt777 Platform or its content.

11 Responsible Gaming

yt777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools and resources to support Players in managing their activity. All responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to every registered Account holder.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration limits that will automatically log out the Account after the defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of session duration and net gaming spend are available and can be configured in Account settings.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may contact yt777 support to initiate the self-exclusion process. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

yt777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) yt777 suspects fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity; (c) a regulatory or law enforcement authority requests Account closure; or (d) the Player is found to be under 21 years of age.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance may be forfeited in full. Where an Account is closed at yt777's discretion without Player fault, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their last confirmed payment method, less any applicable processing fees, within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may request closure of their own Account at any time by contacting yt777 support via live chat or email. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules and the resulting Balance disbursed to the Player.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the yt777 Platform — including but not limited to the yt777 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of yt777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

No part of the yt777 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast in any form without the express prior written consent of yt777. Unauthorised use of yt777 intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in legal action. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yt777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from: (a) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform; (b) technical errors, data corruption, or system failures; (c) delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers; (d) changes to game content, odds, or promotional terms; or (e) any decision made by yt777 in the exercise of its discretion under these Terms.

yt777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for service outages caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, government-directed network restrictions, or force majeure events.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which yt777 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to yt777's customer support team for informal resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

16 Amendments to These Terms

yt777 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, yt777 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to Players via the Platform, email notification, or both. The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the yt777 Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact yt777 support to arrange Account closure and Balance disbursement.
